In Balloon Knight, every character brings something special to the journey. The world is filled with heroes, villains, and unexpected companions, each with their own strengths and a part to play. Some are brave, some are a little scared, some are clever, and some are still learning who they want to be.
Together, they create an adventure that is funny, imaginative, and full of heart.
BALLOON KNIGHT RY
Ry is a quiet knight who never speaks, but his actions say more than words ever could.
Many people underestimate him, but he watches the world carefully and steps forward with courage, kindness, and determination when it matters most.
As his journey continues, Ry begins to learn that his silence is not a weakness... it is a different kind of strength.
LIRE
Lire always has an answer, and if she doesn’t, she’ll find it in her enormous encyclopedia.
She’s clever, quick to speak, and a little bit bossy, and she helps keep Ry on track (and sometimes out of trouble). She may talk a lot, but when it truly matters, Lire shows her courage and loyalty through the choices she makes.
KING THEODULE
King Theodule is the well-meaning ruler of Goldenhall, though he can be easily distracted. He enjoys grand feasts, cozy chairs, and the comforts of castle life, and he sometimes leaves the harder choices to others.
While he likes the idea of being a great king, he still has a lot to learn about what true leadership really means.
PRINCESS SERAPHINE
Princess Seraphine is a caring and thoughtful leader in Goldenhall. Calm and kind, she helps guide the kingdom and looks after the people who live there.
Even when her father wears the crown, Seraphine makes sure everyone feels safe, heard, and cared for. She is always ready to step forward when her kingdom needs her the most.
QUEEN HILDA
Queen Hilda is the strong and disciplined ruler of Ravenfrost, a kingdom built on courage and hard work. While visiting Goldenhall, she carries herself with confidence and believes that true leaders must be prepared and focused. Her expectations can be firm, but her loyalty to her people and to her son is always clear.
PRINCE LEIF
Prince Leif of Ravenfrost is kind, thoughtful, and much gentler than the strong and demanding kingdom he comes from. While his mother values strength above all else, Leif sometimes feels unsure of himself and the expectations placed on him. But inside, he carries a growing spark of courage and a heart that truly wants to do what is right.
JUNIPER THE GARDNER
Juniper is a powerful witch who believes people have forgotten how to care for the land around them. With her magic, she helps plants grow in new and unusual ways, turning them into living creatures and letting nature spread where it once was held back. What started as a wish to protect the natural world is beginning to change into something more unpredictable, as her creations start to grow beyond her control.
